By actively monitoring your system, Incentra's engineers are notified immediately of any problem that arises and are able to resolve it in a timely manner. But we do more that just manage any particular service call. We compile information from multiple sources and store it as a part of our knowledge base. Configuration and schematics used by our engineers when designing your system are passed to the engineers who support you. Even records on past problems with the system itself are stored. This type of comprehensive information can be critical when working to restore the operations of your systems. 
 
Incentra EFS allows you to define how and when you are notified, based on the severity of the problem. This allows you to match problem severity with your resource requirements.
