Incentra Solutions Awarded Contract for Helpdesk and Desktop Support from San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau (CONVIS)Incentra to Manage IT Functions, Provide Remote Monitoring ServicesNovember 9, 2005 Boulder, CO, November 9, 2005 - Incentra Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:ICNS) announced today that its southwest enterprise division, Incentra Solutions of California Inc., was selected by the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau (CONVIS) to provide a full range of technical support and professional services to enable CONVIS to better manage its IT functions. Incentra will provide data center relocation, re-engineering of the backup infrastructure, server consolidation, remote monitoring and management of desktops and servers located in San Diego, Chicago, and Washington, DC.
