Front Porch Digital and Grass Valley Expand Global Joint Marketing EffortsFocus on Integration of DIVArchive with NewsBrowse and K2November 16, 2005 Boulder, CO November 16, 2005 - Incentra Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: ICNS) today announced that its Front Porch Digital Broadcast and Media Division has expanded its worldwide relationship with Grass Valley™ to include joint marketing activities to the global broadcast market. The focus of the new effort is the proven integration of Front Porch’s DIVArchive archive management application with Grass Valley NewsBrowse™ Web-based browser/editor, an integral part of news and playout workflows for broadcast customers. The next evolution of this integration is represented by the addition of the new Grass Valley K2 media sever and media client systems. “The strength of our integration with Front Porch technology is proven in many of the world’s leading broadcast facilities, and we want to expand on our past success,” said Matthew Allard, product manager at Grass Valley. “The combination of NewsBrowse and DIVArchive delivers a powerful set of tools to increase efficiency and creativity of newsroom operations. Now, with the introduction of our K2 servers, the performance of our integrated system will be even greater.” Over the past three years, Front Porch has deployed DIVArchive in more than 20 broadcast facilities utilizing Grass Valley Profile® video servers. The Grass Valley integration team has included DIVArchive in 10 other digital workflow solutions for broadcasters throughout the European, Asia Pacific, Russian, and North American regions. The integration of DIVArchive with NewsBrowse was first deployed last year with Penninsula in Washington, DC. Front Porch is already working with Grass Valley to deploy K2 servers in two new customer facilities, and Grass Valley is aggressively marketing Front Porch’s DIVAworks “archive in a box” product linked to NewsBrowse for low cost news solutions. “Our global relationship with Grass Valley has always been strong, and based on successful integration of our best of breed products. Now we have an even stronger value proposition,” said Front Porch President Mike Knaisch. “The performance and reliability of our joint solution, expanded to include the K2 product line, gives Front Porch unique competitive advantages over other archive management providers. Those benefits extend to our DIVAworks archive management appliance, as well. We look forward to working with Grass Valley to bring these solutions to customers worldwide.” About Front Porch Digital Front Porch Digital is the broadcast and media division of Incentra Solutions, Inc.
