Incentra Solutions Appoints David Weiss, Former CEO of StorageTek, to Board of Directors

Company Adds Additional, Experienced, Independent Board Member

Boulder, CO, November 28, 2005 – Incentra Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: ICNS) announced today that David Weiss, former Chairman, President and CEO of Colorado-based StorageTek, has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors.  Weiss fills an open position on the Board, bringing a 34-year track record of achievement in the information technology (IT) industry, including having served on several public company boards.

David Weiss, 61, was most recently Chairman, President and CEO of StorageTek until his retirement in 2000.  Under his leadership at StorageTek, Weiss grew the established business by 26 percent from $1.9 billion to $2.6 billion.  He expanded the company’s market presence into several new global markets.  Prior to StorageTek, Weiss held numerous executive management positions at IBM for more than 23 years.  These management positions were in software, microcode and hardware development, as well as, manufacturing and strategic planning.

He received his B.A. in mathematics, M.S. in telecommunications and M.B.A from the University of Colorado.  He continues to serve on the Business College Advisory Board for CU Denver.
