New DIVArchive Site Expands Relationship With Leading Suite of High Definition Channels

BOULDER, Colo. — Feb. 27, 2006 — Front Porch Digital (FPD), the Broadcast and Media Division of Incentra Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ICNS), today announced that it has completed a new DIVArchive installation dedicated to the high definition (HD) content of VOOM HD Networks, the largest and most diverse suite of high-definition channels nationwide and currently available nationally on DISH Network.. The high-capacity DIVArchive system will enable VOOM, a subsidiary of Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, to manage efficient storage of the network’s significant library of large HD files.

The transaction was completed as part of the five-year exclusive contract signed in 2003 between Front Porch and Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Cablevision. The company’s VOOM HD Networks channels include movies, sports, music, travel, fashion, the arts, cartoons, and news ― all in stunning HD.
