Incentra Solutions Expands International Division, Increases Solutions Offering for Enterprises in UK

Boulder, CO, March 2, 2006 – Incentra Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: ICNS) announced today that the Company is expanding its International division in order to provide a broader range of data protection products and services in the United Kingdom.  With the addition of key vendor partners, sales and engineering staff, Incentra can now leverage its reseller relationships and its managed services expertise to provide an even wider range of products and professional services for UK enterprises.
 
Incentra’s international operations have been providing GridComplete managed data protection services to enterprises and service provider partners for over six years. GridComplete is a fully managed, turnkey storage or server solution that includes all the necessary professional service, hardware and software, and financing options; all backed by stringent management SLAs tied to industry best-practices.
