Front Porch Digital Expands International OperationsAdds Sales and Engineering Staff in UK, India, and FranceApril 11, 2006 BOULDER, Colo. — April 11, 2006 — Front Porch Digital (FPD), the Broadcast & Media Division of Incentra Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: ICNS), today announced that the Company has expanded its international operations to meet the growing worldwide demand for its products and services.
The Company’s position has now been strengthened by the addition of key sales staff in London and Mumbai, India, as well as the hiring of new broadcast engineering talent to the Front Porch team in Annecy, France. Already serving more than 115 DIVArchive customers in 40 countries, Front Porch Digital has been described by industry analyst DataMonitor as “the global leader” in broadcast archive management.
“Front Porch Digital has won the trust of the world’s leading broadcasters because we back best-of-breed products with exceptional customer service. These new offices enhance our capabilities to support the many large and mission-critical archive customers we have and will add in these important markets,” said Rino Petricola, managing director and vice president of Front Porch Digital International. “We will continue to enhance our deep expertise in sales engineering, delivery and support as we grow, and our high customer satisfaction scores validate this strategy.” Over the past five years, Front Porch Digital’s DIVArchive archive management application has been implemented by many of the United Kingdom’s leading media companies. The new Front Porch London presence will provide support to these large and growing customers. London will also serve as a base to develop broader relationships throughout the greater European region. The Mumbai Front Porch presence will serve all major Indian markets as well as the broader Southeast Asian region. Front Porch Digital is moving to expand its foothold in the burgeoning Indian broadcast market, where the Company has two DIVArchive installations.
“The combination of critical sales and engineering appointments in several key offices gives us even greater ability to serve customers across the globe and to provide new and existing clients with sales and support for our increasing range of DIVArchive-related products such as DIVAdirector, DIVAnet, DIVAworks, and DIVAcomplete,” said Front Porch Digital President Mike Knaisch. “The move to strengthen our assets in the U.K., France, and India enables us to expand our international market reach and substantially increases our ability to address customers’ unique requirements for proven digital video archive solutions.”
