Front Porch Digital Extends Leadership Position in Canadian Broadcast MarketDIVArchive Emerging as Archive Management Solution of ChoiceApril 19, 2006 BOULDER, Colo. — April 19, 2006 — Front Porch Digital (FPD), the Broadcast and Media Division of Incentra Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ICNS), has completed its eighth Canadian sale of DIVArchive. Selected by leading broadcasters in Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg and Calgary, DIVArchive continues to extend its position as the leading archive management application within the Canadian market. The Company estimates its share of market has reached 88 percent of digital archives installed within Canadian broadcast operations.
To support its growing Canadian customer base, Front Porch Digital has deployed on-site broadcast engineering expertise in key Canadian markets. Leading the Canadian team is Company CTO Brian Campanotti, based in Toronto. Additional engineering resources are stationed in Montreal and Vancouver, and these team members are available to provide on-site customer support in those locations if needed. Front Porch Digital is also uniquely positioned to handle the needs of French language broadcasters. With more than 20 installations of DIVArchive in France alone, Front Porch Digital is the archive management provider of choice of French broadcasters around the world. As a result, the Company can provide complete customer training and support in French, as well as English. “Canadian broadcasters are leading the way toward digital workflow in North America, and they are very well-informed buyers,” said Front Porch President Mike Knaisch. “We have had to earn their trust by presenting a compelling value proposition and delivering on customer expectations every day. Our success thus far is encouraging, but our work here is just beginning. Given the growth of these relationships and the continuing digital migration of the Canadian broadcast market, Front Porch is making a long-term commitment to local presence in the Country’s key markets.”
